ORITECH was established in 1998 as a response to the growing demand of computer education in global market.  It was set up by Mr. Bikalpa Kumar Pradhan along with other six like minded IT Professionals.  Who felt that the rate of Computer literacy in India is very low comparing to other developed nations.  So he started the organization as mission plan for computer revolution in IT sector particularly in Odisha State, which is most backward state in India.
